Return and Exchange Policy

We do accept returns and exchange for products when mentioned in due time. (Non customised)

As customised products are made-to-order, we do not offer their return option . You'll be eligible for exchange only if there is a technical error at our end and/or your order has wrong/defective/missing product(s).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange (of wrong or defective product), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery of package. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging. Video proof of opening of package is advised. 
 
Please note that Rhumi holds the right to reject returns based on our discretion, such as if the return request does not align with our store policies or if we have reason to believe the return is not legitimate.

Return Shipping

Return pickups for any eligible returns or exchanges shall be arranged by us free of cost.
